Our Team
One Family, Many Parts
At C!C, we believe that no ONE person makes up the church.
Everyone who comes to our services and everyone who calls C!C their “church family” is a special part of this church.
Further, we believe that those of us that have a relationship with Jesus also have a unique connection with each other. We are like a body where Jesus Christ is like the head and we are all the other parts held together, supporting each other, growing together, and building each other up in love “as each part does its work”.
Within our church body, we feel that God calls us all to be leaders, but has placed certain people in positions of unique leadership. Our formal leadership consists of the Lead Pastor, the Pastoral Team, and our MinLead Team (ministry leaders).

“So Christ himself gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people iin their deceitful scheming. Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.”
Ephesians 4:11-16
